I had J&R Industries come to my home to remove a hot tub and pergola from my backyard. Getting an estimate was quick and easy after just sending some photos, and the cost was very reasonable compared to some of the corporate chain junk removal companies (so much so that I actually laughed at those companies). The communication was great, the job was done well, and overall it was a very positive experience. They even took a few extra items for no additional charge because there was room on the truck.
